Since 2025, the Vietnam National High School Graduation Exam (THPT) has been set under the 2018 General Education Curriculum: each candidate sits 4 subjects, and multiple-choice papers use three formats rather than A-B-C-D selection alone.

Each subject is marked out of 10. Multiple-choice subjects have three parts in three different formats.
