My sister is getting married in Melbourne next month, and I've decided to make a proper trip of it. I fly out on 3 October and won't be back until the 24th, so the flat will be empty for three weeks.
Would you be able to keep an eye on the place while I'm gone? The main jobs are feeding Biscuit twice a day and letting him out into the garden, watering the tomato plants every other evening, and popping the post on the kitchen table so nothing piles up by the door. I'd leave a spare key with you the week before, along with Biscuit's food and the vet's number just in case.
I don't expect you to do this for nothing. You're welcome to stay at the flat whenever you like, I'll bring you back something decent from Australia, and I'll cook you dinner when I'm home to say a proper thank you.
